'Caring pet owners these days can go beyond a fancy collar or a visit to the groom shop. Many dog owners are pampering their pooches beyond a visit to the veterinarian and shopping at a pet store. Celeste Biegen, and her daughter, Terra McShane, owns the Barkery Etc, an upscale dog boutique in north Scottsdale's DC Ranch Marketplace. There, pets are offered only the best. The boutique offers designer apparel and carriers for small pooches. For example, a pink Ms. Thang T-shirt with Swarovski crystals by Mushu is $25.
